No. Clique is a basic Aura-like round-robin PoA hacked onto Ethereum’s PoW fields.

If for any reason you think you’d want Clique, then you could just use Aurand (Aurand is a variant of Aura where authorities are shuffled randomly on each round, increasing security) and/or GRANDPA, which are included in Substrate.
